EU rights - Anyone worked on this route

2017-09-19, 15:47 PM

Alright,

I'm a frustrated user now.

# Bought watch in Nov 2015

# Fialed heartbear rate monitor in Aug 2016

# August 2017 the watch fails to connect to bluetooth device.

I'm sick of trying to talk to the customer service team who have no clue on what they are talking about. Has anyone here tried the EU rights route to get a replacement or refund?

http://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/consumers/shopping/guarantees-returns/index_en.htm

Thanks

P.S - MOD's don't hijack this unless you have something useful to help out on what I'm looking for.

Except that in posts from almost a year ago, you threatened legal action. Why start a new thread?

And now your watch is almost 2 years old and has a new problem, that may or may not be the watch.

So, the watch can break near 2 years time?

Whilst you took time to search previous post did you fail to notice other post crying for help.

This is the reason I asked MOD's to keep away.

Crap customer service.

Crap product !

Hi Gnans,

Let me see what we can do to help. What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Regards,

am I correct in saying you work for Motorola? Your colleague is answering me on another thread which I raised. But I want to draw a timeline and get this moving. So please tell me about UK customer service or support where I can send the watch for repair.

Thanks,

Gnans.

Hi Gnans,

You may contact our Customer Support in the UK to arrange a repair for your device. Check this link: https://motorola-global-en-uk.custhelp.com/app/mcp/service?g_id=5141&session=PM3Jmatn
