Motorola sucks and doesn't care about their customers

2018-04-24, 23:26 PM

Like apparently everyone I have issues with battery. My watch, while on a charger, is just in an infinite loop of turning on and off, without charging. I conntacted support and they won't repair it because the serial number is not in their database. So they won't fix it even though I want to pay. Way to go Motorola. Surly won't buy your product ever again.

Hi.

Sorry you're having this issue. I agree this was not managed as well as it should have been. From my understanding, it was more than just the SN that was the issue, and there are reasons we need to be able to identify the device properly. However, your case should have been escalated. I will see that someone looks into this. Someone will be in touch shortly.

Regards,

Motorola/Lenovo has the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. I have Moto 360 2nd gen watch, Motorola cell phone and 2 Lenovo laptops but wil never ever buy another of theor products.

I had terrible experince with the repair of one of the laptops, few months after the purchase. They have tried everything not to do warranty repair, it was really painful lexperinece until they finaly fixed it.

My Moto 360 2nd gen watch, after less than 2 years is stuck in infinite reboot loop (and no, nothing helps, even going into recovery mode and wiping all data an reseting it to the factory settings). Motorola just said they don't repair watch!!!

Unfortunately Moto told us two years ago that they were out of the watch business.  I wish they weren't, but they are.  My Moto 360 2nd Gen just went bad the other day.  I found a brand new one for $125 on US eBay.  If I can get 1 - 2 years out of that one also, I'll be happy, and will see what else is available then.  No other watches look as good in my opinion.  It's sad that they don't make them or repair them anymore, but they made it pretty public knowledge in December of 2016.

They sold me the new watch in mid 2017, so if they don't support/repair their product they should not sell it.

I owned a Moto 6 for exactly six months before it died.  They did nothing about it.  Said, well it's no longer in warranty.  I mentioned that six months seems like a short time for the life of a phone and what about standing behind a product you make.  Nope.  They do suck.  Never again.  They also send out contradictory messages in order to confuse you into giving up.  Bad company, low integrity, and should not be in business.
