Can't Pair with Phone

I have a moto 360 smart watch and I can't get it to pair with my Galaxy S10

 

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Wear OS

 

My watch was paired with a previous phone and I reset the watch

 

When I run Wear OS my watch doesn't come up

 

It isn't listed unde BT devices

 

I have tried searching for phone from watch and it doesn't find it either.

If your Moto 360 won’t pair with your phone, try the following troubleshooting solutions:

  1. Check that your phone or tablet is running Android 4.3 or above. You can visit g.co/WearCheck from your phone to check compatibility.
  2. Make sure your phone is next to your Moto 360.
  3. Check that Bluetooth is turned on.
  4. Ensure you are trying to pair via Wear OS, not through the Bluetooth menu. If you have paired via the Bluetooth menu you will need to reset your watch and connect again.
  5. Check that your phone is connected to the Internet. Try opening a website on your phone, such as news.google.com to make sure you are connected.
  6. Check that the following apps are up to date on your phone:
    • Google Play Services app version 5.0.77 or above
    • Google Search app version 3.5.12 or above
    • Android Wear app version 1.0 or above
  7. Restart your watch by holding down the power button until it turns back on.
