Can't connect, Can't reset....please help

I have a 1st gen Moto 360 and some problems with it...
- tried to factory reset with "unpair with phone" but that's just turned it off.
- tried to reconnect to phone but I can't.
. tried to boot into recovery, but the watch just turned on in normal mode.
The watch works, turns on, I can use everything on it (what works without connection). I'm getting a messege constantly: "No longer connected to network, a factory reset is required."
I don't know what to do.... Can anyone help me?
I'm using the lastest firmware.

 

P.S.:sorry for my bad English.

I am sincerely sorry for the inconveniences with the device, may I know the serial number of the Moto 360? and where did you purchase it from? Thanks.

Serial number is P027BC493Z and I bought it in Argos, London.

Hey Borosh

 

can you try the following?

 

On the smartphone, launch the Android Wear app, tap on the settings cog icon at the top of the screen, select Privacy & personal data > Cloud sync and turn cloud sync off.

 

Then, press the power button on the Moto 360 in for 30 seconds to force reboot it. If that error is still appearing then this is a repair issue.
