BP/CQA not working

CQA tools will not load. App just flashes the screen. I've contacted Motorola, went thru generic steps that I had already tried with no luck. I was told by tech Paola to call Motorola, but I loathe talking. It's not a necessity for my CQA tools to work, but I'm a nerd, and when I'm bored, I want to be able to play with my device.

I don't think Motorola supports the use of all diagnostic tools on the device. 

If a reset does not fix it, then I suggest you send your phone in for service - but if you were told to call Motorola support, you should go that route.

This is a user to user forum, and some of the more advance diagnostic menus are not discussed here as users can get into trouble.

So where does a user go to find out how the options on the phone are supposed to be used ?

Does the user have to be employed by Motorola to find out these things ?

Why isn't there a site for advanced users where such things are discussed ?

Is this some kind of top secret information that no one is supposed to know about ?

Or is it more the case that these options are useless and don't do anything ?
