Having the strangest problem!

Hi! I'm having a rather peculiar problem with my Moto E4. I bought it in January so it's new and it's up-to-date. I just put in a new SIM card. The problem is when you check your balance or dial a number to see packages/offers, a window opens up and usually displays the said balance/offer/package. The window that appears on my phone just cuts off. The texts cuts off. I drag it and scroll but nothing happens. It stays the same😞 I have included pictures because I can't really explain it properly. I can't even check how many MBs I have remaining. Please help me if you can, I'd really appreciate it🙏🏼🙏🏼

Hi Ness Rosethorn,

 

Thanks for posting. This could be a problem with the Service provider and its compatibility with phone app. Make sure that the phone app is up to date with the latest software. If that does not work try a different phone app and check if the text would be complete. We would also recommend to reach out to your carrier if they have additional troubleshooting steps or replace the SIM card.

The problem persists even after updating the original one and downloading a new one. No worries though, I found my carrier's app and it displays everything I want to know. Thank you very much for replying😊
