MOTO E4 PLUS FASTBOOT MODE LOOP

Hi guys,

 

My cell phone is stuck on the "fastboot mode" screen. It turned off itself and turn on getting like this.

 

I can not choose any of the options (recovery mode, factory mode, stat, meta mode..) because it is changing by itself.

 

When it turned off the battery was on 90% / 80%.

 

The computer recognizes it but connects and disconnects.

 

Can you help me?

Hi sabrinaribeiro,

 

Thanks for reporting, sorry about the inconvenience this may have caused. Personally, this sounds like a 'Hardware' issue to me. However, what we can suggest is to let the device drain its Battery completely > charge the device > try switching on and perform Factory Data Reset without restoring any apps to start fresh. Let us know how it goes? Hope this helps, if not having your device sent for Service/Repair would be the next logical option.

I'm back here now because I did what you told me to do but after days, weeks and months waiting the battery goes totally drain it doesn't recovered until this day.

I also went to an assistance shop but I chose to wait some more time.

Today I put it on power to see if it would initialize and it did. Now I'm using it and it is all normal. None of my archives (photos, apps, songs, etc) was delete at all.

 

Idk what happened to it!

Do you have any more advice?
