Hi,

Thanks for writing to us. Sorry to hear you're having issues with your phone. I will try my best to help you. Also, I have moved your post as a new topic since it is a different issue from the existing thread. It would be great if you could tell me a bit more about it. What will happen when you try connecting to Wi-Fi? Are you getting any error or it is connecting but unable to access the internet. Have you tested with another Wi-Fi connection? Are you able to connect? Did you change any settings on your phone?

Meanwhile, I would suggest you try to remove and reconnect the Wi-Fi and check. If you still face the same issue, please reset the Network settings and check. To reset the Network Settings, goto Settings>>More>>Network settings reset>>Reset settings. Try to reconnect to Wi-Fi and let me know how it goes.

Thanks

Sunitha
