Dual SIM not working on Moto E3 Power after system update

My moto e3 power got a system update of 15 MB on 22/7/2018 for security patch May 5. After restarting my phone I noticed it is not getting any network signal (for both the sims : Airtel and Jio). Sometime the network for Airtel is appearing with full tower suddenly and in the next moment it goes back to No service.Jio is not working at all. I tried toggling the airplane mode, restarting the phone, re-inserting the sims, changing the sim slots, clearing the cache from recovery but I failed to get both sims work together. However, when I put in one sim at a time in the phone, it is working fine. 

 

Will be grateful if you help me out.

Even I am experiencing the same problem!! Came here to start a thread and found yours!!! Still using single sim

I suspect its a case of faulty update. Don't know when they will push the next update with the fix.

Now I have an different problem with signal. The phone appears to be sending  an SMS and after that, signal of both sim turns zero!

Thanks for reporting. I'd like to confirm, have you tried switching the position of the sims to see if it will have a signal? If so, what happened? Which sim are we having an issue with? I would suggest resetting APN settings, go to Settings > More > Cellular/Mobile Networks  > Access Point Names > Tap 3 Vertical Dots > Reset. Let me know. Thanks.

Yes I tried switching position of the sims, but still the same problem, if both sims are there in the phone.
Resetting the APN settings, was not of much help either.

I have already done-

Swap sim in sim slots

Reset apn settings

Reset network settings

Clear cache

Factory data reset

But the problem still persists.

Please issue a fix asap

Sorry to say that but it's true,

Moto devices are really bad in terms of service support especially this e series (E3 power)

So if your phone are working good enough do no update it.otherwise you have to face these type of  problem a.

 

I have updated my device to update before this one. 

My screen minimum brightness increases to 5% more ,I can't make it low sim as it was before that update .

Here they're advise me to go Service centre.

My device is our of warranty and I have to pay,bur  still seeviSe centre do not guarantee. And asking me to submit the device to them

ImI having the same problems with the network. This is happening only after this update. Please resolve this
