Software misbehaving

I got moto e4 plus last year(2018)

I dont know why while having stock android 

Phone behaves like cheap category of phone.It hangs automatically even after 3rd party applications are not installed on my phone

And the biggest thing,this is February 2019

And the phone is still running on October2018 security patch

I don't know why had i trusted motorola

While buying phone 

Totally fed up

if you could not provide android update atleast provide security patch update on time

Regarding your biggest complaint, are you aware of a specific reason that your E4 phone REQUIRES a January 2019 security patch or update?  Phones with well-written OS, running only validated apps, and visiting only "safe" sites don't need most of the security patches.

hi sir,

i am also facing issue with last 2 month issue is when my internal memory reach 13 GB automatically my mobile get restart and take so much of time to come normal. and i try factory rset and wipe cache partition also still i am facing issue .i really worried this. when i spoke with some one its automattically get restart.

Thank you for reaching out, allow us to look into this. Is your software up to date? Have you tried some troubleshooting steps to fix this? Are you also using the original charger that came with the device?

I bought Moto E4 plus about a year ago......there was no such a day it worked properly.......the software is not working properly....and there is touch problem.....it keeps orders itself ....and the camera clicks continuosly without my knowledge.....many problems with it.....

1.)software update to date.
2.)and my security patch level is 5th october 2018.
3.)i am using orginal charger only.
4.)i do some troubleshooting steps.
factory reset(still same issue)
shut down the mobile and i press volume down key and power button. it's enter into recovery mode.and i perform wipe cahe partion. and factory reset. still issue is there.
5.)last 3 months i perorm factory reset 13 times.
6.)so please help me.
7.)provide some solution.

I appreciate the detailed info. How long does it take for your device to fully boot up? Right after resetting your device, did you happen to install any apps or restore all of your files?

hi sir,
1.) it's take minimum 15 mins for booting up.
2.)after factory resetting there was no issue because my internal storage space shows at 8GB or 9GB.when my internal storage is reached 13 GB, i am facing this issue.up to 12 GB there was no issue . when its reached 13 GB issue get restarted.
3.)pls help with this issue sir, pls provide some solution.
