I have updated my preferences and phone information. I bought a Moto E4 Plus 2 days ago and have been unable to get signal from my home. Please let me know if I need to return the phone.

Try your luck if they take that back. And never try to buy any lenovo/moto phone in future. I am fighting since 7 months with them to get refund.

Just purchased the E4+ and am noticing signal strength issues. My old LG phone works here with Verizon perfectly (5 bars); now only get half of that. XT1775, Verizon. Build: NPR26-5B-25.

Strongly considering returning this. My Bluetooth devices also do not work. What kind of quality control is this??

Dear moto

Please refund our money if nothing is working because soon my 1 year warranty will be over and then it will be too hard probably . Why are you not replacing our mobiles? for a company like moto I  don't feel it will a very big concern we are not many . it is very shameful for a company if it cannot help their customer. I already had 2 moto mobiles but now it is very disappointing because when I bought a mobile for my parents it's not working

Please refund us .I myself feel that I have wasted money in it and you know its not less for a middle class family . Please replace the mobile or refund like other companies like Samsung and aplle do when their is a fault in their device

Problem Solved!


Yesterday I go to my GSM provider  and they setting my phone with their GSM product as the main reference of data cellular, calling and sms.  And now the signal is better than before.  Not too strong. But enough for  my communication needs. 

 

May be you can try it too.

Hi guys,

 

We checked the provided bug report before and we are unable to determine any issue. If you are still having the issue, kindly PM me these details:

 

*IMEI 
*Bug Report 
*Physical Location
*Signal Strength (Settings > System > About Phone > Status > SIM Status. What does it show for Signal strength?
*Video of the phone in that screen showing the signal fluctuating

 

And we will re-escalate the said issue.

 

PS. FOR BUG REPORT STEPS:
Note: Capture the report right after the issue happened.
Below are the steps for getting bug report:
Go to Settings -> About Phone -> Tap on Build number seven times on the build number to enable a new Settings item, Developer options.
Go to Settings ->Developer options -> Enable USB debugging > Toggle On
Enable Settings -> Developer options -> Enable Bug Report shortcut > Toggle On
Once the issue is reproduced: Go to Settings -> Developer options -> Click on take bug report or Press Power button and then choose Bug Report from the Power down menu.
Wait for some time until the bug report is collected. It takes around 3 to 4 minutes tocollect the Bug Report.
Then upload the BugReport to your personal Google Drive and then share the link tothe BugReport on the forums in a reply or via a private message..
Provide observations of what you saw happen right before the bug report was taken. Please indicate the local time when you observed the behavior.
