Moto E4 Brightness

Adiative brightness is not working. Brightness level is always maximum. I have to manually control each time. What to do?

Thanks for writing to us, could you force reboot your device >> put your device in 'Adaptive Brightness' mode >> capture a sample video showing what you see? We would like to take a look?

 

Could you confirm if it works in intermittently or does not work at all?
