In my phone audio playing in files getting automatically silent. Is it bug or any settings there to keep audio playing even after screen off.

Welcome to the Motorola forums community, and thanks for posting. We'll do our best to assist you. If you are trying to play an Audio file such as an MP3 file, you need to play them through a music player, such as Youtube Music or Google Play Music app in order to play them in the background or be able to play them while the screen is off.

Even i play mp3 files in YouTube music it's sounds get's off in this app too. And new problem is arrived now which is all sounds get's silent automatically now like call sound notification sound. Like silent profile activate automatically and shows bugs like simbol on top.

Now issue get bigger every other sounds like notification sound video playing on YouTube sounds and all sounds get's silent automatically and shows bug notification i am attaching screenshot of that bug. Kindly give me update to resolve this bug.

Thank you for providing these details. Please try to run a diagnostic test on your device. To do this, go to Device Help App > Device Diagnosis > Hardware Test > Speaker.
