Hi. I am using Moto G 2nd gen. (XT 1068). I am using a carrier which support 4G and VoLTE both.
But my phone is not showing any signal when I insert the 4G Sim Card.
When I am dialling *#*#4636#*#*, it opens a Testing screen , which have a menu option Phone information. On that particular screen I can see a button saying "Turn Off VoLTE Provisioned Flag". Seeing this I assume that my phone's hardware can atleast support 4G or 4G sim card.
I am selecting the preferred network type as LTE/GSM auto (PRL) , but still I am not getting any signal on my 4G sim card.
Please suggest me how do I use 4G network on my phone (Moto G2). Can motorola release some OTA update for some software change so that it works on my phone?

I have a Moto G (XT1032) and since an upgrade 2 days ago my phone keeps freezing. I shut it down and restart and often get the message that Android is enhancing my apps and reinstalling them.

I was upgrading my Moto g2 xt1068 phone to the latest software but i lost an internet connection and i think the update did not complete properly because my phone currently switches on to Motorola and soon goes blank after saying Optimizing Apps.
I think the software has corrupted, I would appreciate help in fixing this problem because i have lost communications for days now.
