It must be hard that you have issues with the camera but let me help. May I ask when did it start? Are you using the stock camera app or a third party app? Can you share us the error message in case there is any? Please try going to Device Help > Fix > Hardware Tests > Front camera > Passed/Failed. Kindly also boot the device into safe mode and observe if the issue persists.
