Orange frame appears on phone

This is a new thing - must be some operating system update.  Lately, I'll be on an app or doing, well really anything, and an orange frame appears around the edges of the screen and won't go away.  It seems also the image size on whatever I'm doing goes up to about 130%.  I can't get out of the orange frame.  What is this?  Thanks for any answers!

Re: Orange frame appears on phone

Turn off battery saver if you have turned on. Go to Settings and check is there any Developer Options in Settings, if it is there, turn that off. Go to Settings> Accessibility and turn off Magnification gestures. Plug phone in charger and do reboot. Plugging phone to charger, turn off battery saver. And hope, it would be due to Battery saver. Else, I have mentioned all possible methods which can be causing this issue.

Re: Orange frame appears on phone

What you describe seems to be an accessibility feature. Check for Settings> Accessibility>Magnification Gestures.

Re: Orange frame appears on phone

I just did some testing, and I am now sure what problem you ran into.

Ignore the comments about Battery Saver, that's not your issue. As said by @grvrulz, your problem is Magnification Gestures. I just enabled it and saw the "Orange Frame".

When you have enabled Magnification Gestures, when you tap thrice, the screen will zoom to 130% with orange frame around it. You must have enabled it by mistake. Go to Settings>Accessibility>Magnification Gestures and turn that off.

Re: Orange frame appears on phone

Just turn off the battery saver. This worked for me.
