Can't get unlock code - "Your device does not qualify for bootloader unlocking."

Hello.

 

I'm trying to unlock my Moto G3, but still getting the following quote - "Your device does not qualify for bootloader unlocking."

 

I've already posted in another subject on this forum, but without answer. Please, help me!

I appreciate your post. Unfortunately, bootloader unlock codes may not be available for older phones. Please see this link for more info.

Why the change in policy?  This is bad for your customers, bad for the planet, bad for Motorola, bad for the Android ecosystem as a whole.  Please continue to support older devices in this crucial and very limited capacity, it's the right thing to do for so many reasons.

Can you not support the device?

Motorola support says the developers here are the only ones who can handle this.  Not the product team...

"we did get the green light to unlock the bootloader on Verizon 2014 Moto X (2nd Gen) devices"

"Verizon 2014 Moto X XT1096 can be unlocked "
