I am facing very much problem with the drive app

I am using moto g3 mobile...It Suddenly showing that unfortunately your drive has stopped...I did safe mode and also i deleted all the apps which I had installed from playstore

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. We request you to try these below checkpoints & let us know.

 

1. Tap on Settings>>Apps>>Drive>>Storage>>Clear data. (Reboot the device)

 

2. Tap on Settings>>Apps>>3 vertical dots>>Reset app preferences>>Reset apps. (Reboot the device)

 

3. Go to Google Play Store & check is there any update is available for the Drive app.

 

4. Reconfigure the Gmail ID.
