Issues with Moto E4

So I've had my Mototola E4 for almost a year now, with almost no problem except an issue with it not recognizing the sim card, but I got around that...

So this thing decides it's going to do its own factory reset tonight, and that pissed me off enough. Then I find that neither the home nor "window" button function any longer. I don't want to do a factory reset because that's what caused it to start with. Someone please help. I am beyond aggravated already because I lost valuable contacts. Yes, I should've backed them up, and tried doing so this time, but I can't seem to figure that out either...

Thanks in Advance.

Re: Issues with Moto E4

Even after a Factory reset it's worth Wiping the Cache partition,

Hopefully that will help?

Re: Issues with Moto E4

I was able to fix the problem by doing another factory reset- I was even able to get all of my info back. Now on to the laptop...
