Hello Team,

This is Azhar shaikh.
This mail is regarding my mobile which I had gave to Service centre for my
Screen problem 10 15 Days Before. Service centre: BM Gadget Service PVT Ltd.

They said I will get a call back in 10 days but didn't hear back till now.

I tried Calling on the Number which I got from the Tech there but they are
not at all Responding to that Call on 9604121515 and 9922899228.

I am providing you with some more details:

I gave my friend's no: 8655595815.

Product: XT1557
IMEI: 352359071882801
Date of Purchase: 3/3/2016
Job# AMSBMS000431
GIN# GINBMS000439

Please provide an Update ASAP.

I need an Immediate Reply or else I will need to Escalate on Higher Level.

 

I got a Call some days before that they are not having Parts so they will take some more days!!!

 

Please Update me!!!

 

I need my Mobile Repaired or i need a New Mobile in Exchange... or else i need a Refund for my Mobile!!! It is about 2 months!!! 

 

Please Update me ASAP or else i need to Escalete this Issue to Higher Level...

I am getting same Reply from Last month, Still no Updates.. i dont have a Spare cell to use on daily Basis.. i need to talk with your Senior Escalation Mangers.. Please Update me ASAP....
