I bought Moto G turbo Edition on 31 january 2016.Started to show a charging problem, Charging jack is not working.
Gave it to authorised service centre on 3 january 2017 ,Till date 18 january 2017 (Job No: SRINE1591701030014). Whenever I'm trying to call the service contact persons, they are saying that your part is not received yet.Everytime I'm calling them, they are very rude and saying the same thing. I don't know when will get my handset back. I'm frustrated to hell with their horrible service support. I'm deeply ashamed of myself for spending my hard earned money by trusting Motorola. Worst serice I've got in my life!!
