Thanks for the update. Can you please check if you have any pending software updates for your device? If the phone is up to date and you still experience the same problem, we recommend having the device replaced. You may check this link for the warranty options that Motorola offers. My phone is automatically getting switch off sir...and it is getting restart but not fully restart after so many restart it is working....why this switch off is happening sir ....can you please tell me the solution

I know how frustrating this must be for you. This seems like a battery failure on the device. Since you have already done a factory reset on the device and you are still experiencing the same concern, our next option is to have it replaced.
