I have already joined Motorola Feedback Network since 2 years.

 

I have got Moto G Turbo, it is not getting added in Mystuff.I have tried the steps several times but it is totally not showing in my stuff.This problem is faced by all the Moto G  Turbo users.

 

Please solve the problem.

Please pm me the IMEI from your Moto G Turbo and include exactly what happens when you try to add it.

Even I have the G turbo and even contacted Motorola via Twitter but the phone it self doesn't get detected and says invalid imei

Hi,

I'm getting error "unable to lookup your device due to system error" when I'm trying to register my Moto G Turbo. Contacted customer care, they said they are working on it.
