Hi,
I will be using my phone in Israel on Golan Telecom and am not sure if my phone will work there or not. I looked up both the Moto G 3's frequency bands and those used in Israel on Golan and it seems as though it I should be good to go for 3G and might even get 4G/LTE but I would like someone with a little bit more knowledge to confirm this for me is possible.
Thanks!
Al
****UPDATE*** I emailed Golan directly asking them:
"Hi,
I will be using Golan Telecom starting this coming month and was
considering buying the Moto G 3 but was not sure if it will work on Golan.
Can you please help me? Below are the frequency bands
Moto G - GSM (XT1540)
LTE (2, 4, 5, 7, 12, 17)
UMTS/HSPA+ (850, 1700/AWS, 1900, 2100 MHz)
GSM/GPRS/EDGE (850, 900, 1800, 1900 MHz)"
To which they responded
"The Golan Telecom network supports the following frequencies for SIM using phones:
To use a generation's services, the device must support its frequencies.
Please make sure your device is unlocked & supports these frequencies."
What exactly does this mean? I'll have 3g but not 4g/lte?

That is correct. You will not have LTE - see wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_LTE_networks
USA is 1700 mhz and Israel is 1800
