Chip not recognized

Yesterday, I was using my cellphone and unexpectedly it stops to run my nanoSIM. It shows, just: "emergency only". So, what even happens? I don't know what do. Already try to fix it by my own way, but nothing gets back to the normal. Help me please. I don't wanna go at assistence.

Hi Elvis_19,

Thats odd, sorry to learn about that. What all have you tried so far?

  • If you have not tried-- try removing the SIM card and place another one to see if that makes any difference?
  • Is it dual SIM--if yes try swapping the SIM's
  • Check to see if it works with another device at least?

Let us know if you have any questions?

Re: Chip not recognized

Already tried all the resources that I know, but nothing works. It is Dual SIM, MOTO G7 PLAY, i'd clean , change of position, pull it at another device , and it worked normally. The real problem must be at my device.
