Rapid battery drains are usually related to some app that doesn't like the upgraded OS - have you tried safe mode, or a reset.

I am firm believer in factory reset after a major update. There is no way that anyone could test every app in the appstore -and for me, I have had battery issues after a major update that a reset fixes. I have also seen other bugs cured that a reset fixes.

No - nothing different. Personally, i like to manually set things up rather then have google restore, but choice is yours. remember you will lose SMS and other data - if you want it, back it up.

In battery usage, WiFi network is shown remains on all the time.
No problems with the connection, but after turning it off,battery usage shows that WiFi is still on as in the uploaded picture.

When turning on mobile network from quick settings, data usage card gets opened up(as in KitKat) rather than opening a small menu in quick settings itself.
Its not really a bug, but it affects multitasking as another card gets opened up.

2- This is google side issue, not have been fixed by them.

3 - I'm getting better battery life than kitkat to be honest.

Pretty happy with the recent software. It's awesome and as bugfree as it can get. People are just exaggerating now. Software is good to go for masses!

@xicorion
At least they could fix cellular data quick setting, which opens datausage card and creates confusion in overview.

Yes, you are right, moto really nailed it.
They've managed RAM usage very well.

Lollipop is a good update but you can go back to KitKat if you rather wait for the bugs to get fixed in another update
