Any news on 5.1? Is there a forum for that as well?

If we start getting a hundred new threads we may have to - but since nothing has been announced, there seems to be no reason to do so yet.

You are so right on that, Alpha Dog! So sorry for jumping the gun! It's just Moto spoiled me! lol Such a good phone with super fast updates! Maybe they can get it out before they put up a thread lol! That would surprise all!

It doesn't appear though that too many are complaining on here about bugs, so maybe they are waiting to see if anything else major turns up. Some of these experiences indeed seem rather limited as I am not having nearly the problems these others are facing for sure!

Maybe Moto addressed many of the issues in 5.02???? That we don't need 5.1????

What about Wi-Fi bug? Even the internet working fine exclamatory mark will not go. Any solution for this?

By themselves? Nope.

I finnaly get the exclamation mark, next to wifi icon, gone for good. Just move the sim card with internet in slot no. 1. Rest of bugs...still there

Now all of a sudden when I restart my phone it locks up. I have to hold the power button down long and wait until it reboots a second or even a third time. This happens every time I restart the phone.

The phone is extremely lagging even after restarting and clearing the cache.

Do I have to do a factory reset again?

@Khendian
What do u mean by "locks up"?
Did u lock the sim card or is it normal screen lock?
Coz screen lock usually will be active after restart.

Screen goes black and totally freezes up is more like it. Like it's bricked. Then I keep pressing and holding power button over and over again until it restarts.

That's a first, I never encountered that problem.
Try resetting again.
If that doesn't work then go to Motorola service centre and ask them.

It might be a app which is causing this, be careful this time. Don't install apps from unknown sources.
