Hi ,

 

My Moto G phone suddnetly got switched off. when i tried to charge it - Moto g logo keep flashing, tried rebooting as well but i m not able to select Normal power up, recovery,factory anything if i treied to select ( through Volume up key or power key) Moto g Logo keep flashing.

 

Pathetic experience.

Hi Deepika4,

 

Try to press the power button and the volume down key while plug into the charger and see if that works and be able to get there on the boot option.

I have tried holding the power button and volume down button together. It showed the option to recovery mode. After selecting the option it is still showing the flash logo. Nothing has changed

Sorry to know about your device and thanks for reporting this. I would suggest you try flashing the device through our Smart Tool LMSA.

 

If the issue still persists, submitting your device for a Service would be the next option. Let me know how it goes.
