So the battery for moto G xt1033, bought on lauch day at flipkart, finally died.
I took my phone to the service centre here in Jodhpur[listed below], and they refused to accept my phone
citing part unavailblity as the reason.
and here is what happened when I tried to talk to a support executive through chat :
So short of using my fully functional phone with a dead battery as a paper weight, do I have any options?
Looking forward to a resolution.
