Its been over two weeks but we haven't heard anything. Is there any way you could find out where we're at? Is somebody working on this?

I know you said that this was being worked on and you'd give me a resolution when you get it, but we are coming up on a full month now. I feel like I'm being very patient but we are at 3 1/2 months since this started, in the first 2 1/2 months there was a lot more communication with both ATT and Motorola. In the past month we've just been waiting and have only received one "nothing to update" after having to ask about the status. Surely if somebody was actually working on this a month should be enough time to figure out a solution?

Just wanted to say a big public thank you to Mark and everybody at Motorola who worked on this. The phone is finally SIM unlocked, and we are very happy now.

That took awhile, but glad that the outcome ended positive. Thanks for posting about it.

I am having the same issue, ATT doesn't have the network unlock code for my device, it's a first gen Moto X ATT branded and now my device can't be used on my current network.



Can anyone point me to the right direction or should I email this to the above email addres?

I would say just contact these guys. They eventually got it taken care of,
and I think we'd still be trying to get it unlocked if we hadn't asked for
their help.
