Have you tried rebooting the phone? Is the phone powered on or off when you are charging it. Is it in the notification bar that you are seeing the question mark?

Are you using a Motorola charger? It sounds like you are using a charger that the phone doesn't like.

If the suggestions from my esteemed colleagues do not work, I would also try using a different USB cable, and also try booting to recovery and wiping your cache.

Please let us know if any of these suggestions work.

Yes, I rebooted the phone several times, when the phone is off and you plug the charger instead off putting the % of charging put a question mark and don’t charge at all, when the phone is on in the notification bar you see the lightning but still says plug your charger and again it was like 5 hours connected and the battery do not charge

Can you elaborate on what you mean by "wipes?"  Factory data resets?  Cache partition wipes?  Uninstall apps?
