Dev Edition Return to Stock

2015-03-25, 16:00 PM

I have an XT1053 with an unlocked bootloader, TWRP recovery and Xposed framework installed. I'm trying to unwind enough of what I did so that I will be able to install the 5.0.2 OTA when it arrives. I've already removed each Xposed module 1 by 1. I also opened recovery and flashed the disable.zip, which is something that apparently needs to be done (read it on XDA). However, I still see Xposed in my app drawer and I got a message toward the end of of the installation dialog in recovery, it said, "!!! No backup found for app_process, nothing to be performed !!! Done Updating partition details.....Done"

When I reboot, I still Xposed in the app drawer. Does this perhaps mean that the disable failed or is this just normal?

Has anyone else out there gone through these steps (or perhaps others) in order to prepare for the Lollipop OTA?

Any help is appreciated,

~Slim

It would be much better if u flash back to stock rather than disabling things manually...
