Have a Moto XT1900-1 at work our other Android phones w USB 2.0 recognize our USB B/C OTG cable adapter for doing terminal emulation to our product but this phone with it's USB C connector does not even with the same app opened on it and using the same cable/ttl converter.
Perhaps it is not enabled for OTG... or there is some setting for it we are missing? We have baud rate/flow control set the same and the app says port 0.
Edit: Here is a link to the OTG adapter, works on our USB B Android phones not on the Moto phone USB C
Here is a link tot he USB 3.3v TTL adpater we then use to conenct to our product, works on other Android phones

Although my Moto G3 supports OTG I have to use Total Commander File mananger instead of the default file Manager.Twas the same on my other OTG enabled phones,
Also ES file manager works on OTG,
