Re: How do I get rid of the yellow triangle?

I have a problem very similar with my motorola x 2nd gen. The battery is less than a month old, I connect it to a charger that works well, and it seems to not charge, when disconnecting it shows a rectangular white symbol with a yellow warning triangle inside and a red horizontal line at the base. Intermittently, a green LED lights up on the top of the phone. Please, help me solve it!

I didnt have enough time to get another phone and take a pic of that

Re: How do I get rid of the yellow triangle?

Hi Alix-Nqn,

The yellow triangle usually indicates that the phone's battery is low, therefore, the phone needs to be charged. You just have to let it plugged in until it gets a sufficient power to turn on. Let us know if you are referring to another icon, provide pictures for better assistance. To clarify, what do you mean when you said the battery is less than a month old? Was it replaced or repaired? Who replaced/repaired it?
