ATT Moto X 2nd gen and Marshmallow

I heard Motorola just reverified the ATT and Verizon Moto X 2nd gen. Does that mean they are reconsidering to update those devices or no.

Motorola pushed Marshmallow out to my phone on Tuesday.



After I upgraded it my cellular data (LTE) does not work.



Now Motorola blames my carrier and my carrier blames Motorola for pushing out a bad update.



Either way I have no data and nobody can or wants to fix it.
