MapSource is a Garmin product and while it will send a "route" to the Moto it only sees the gps as a Removable Disk and then transfers a gpx file which Moto cannot read.  So far I do not know where a "route" is stored on the Moto or the file type.     You may want to post you question in the Motonav fourm at gpsreview.net.

Check out this site:   http://www.maps-gps-info.com/fgpfw.html#Windows.   Best you can do with the Moto is transfer individual POIs from Google Maps, which could be coordinates, but that would be a lot of work to create a "route".   There are plenty of gps' out there designed to do what you want to do.  I don't thing the TN765 will do what you want.   A member named "Boyd" is the resident map expert at gpsreview.net so if he spots your question he is the guy to get a good answer from.   MapQuest can send a route to a Garmin gps that can accept routes, but does not work with Moto.
