It is a known fact that the Asian International Atrix 2s have been getting the official ICS update on a rolled out basis starting a couple of weeks back. The OP should have mentioned his country and hardware type in the title of his post so we knew which device he was referring to.

The AT&T version is also MB865 but the hardware is not the same. That is why the country and type is important to note also. For example I am in Thailand but I have an imported AT&T version, not the international version officially sold here in Thailand.

Hey i started the thread ,

I am from INDIA , and i am on vodafone network , there is no AT&T in INDIA .

But my phone has a problem , that wifi one in which the wifi does not disconnect but still the net does not come  , it is not downloading , its been 3 hours and still 29% :(

Is this a software problem or the hardware is going wrong somewhere ? My friend isnt having this problem.

Not just the frequency you are using it on, all the 3G frequencies it supports. All variants support 2100. For example the AT&T version supports 850, 1900 and 2100 and I am using it on 850 in Thailand, which is also the main 3G frequency used by AT&t in the U.S. The ME865 version sold in Thailand is supposedly a quad-band 3g supporting 850, 900, 1900 and 2100.

@Rahul159: I don't think it's a hardware problem. Network traffic seems to be the culprit.
