How can You, Motorola, put out an OTA update for a phone that has been out for a month when you can't even put out an update for a phone that has been waiting for an update and bug fixes for months?



This would explain why we haven't seen anything for the US Atrix 2.

I have said it before and will say it again, hopefully with Google now owning Motofail, they will provide better support , better communication with us the customer that pays their bills and faster updates for bugs. Hopefully when a customer calls about an issue that hundreds if not thousands of people have called about they will stop acting like it is the first time they have heard of it and then make it look like the customer is lying about what they are calling in. If they can't improve in these areas, they will have lost a loyal customer who has owned over 15 motorola phones.

The OTA update for the Atrix 2 has already rolled out.  I checked and received mine Tuesday morning...only because I saw a thread on here saying it was released.  If you haven't already done so, check for the update.  If it's still a no-go, maybe AT&T is just rolling it out in phases?  Definitely worth the wait though.

I've been checking everyday multiple times a day for the last 45 days. I made some changes to my phone 45 days ago based on what I was directed to do in the Fight Club email many of us on here received.



Are you in the US and on AT&T? Because I have not seen or heard from anyone in the US that has received the ICS OTA. It has only been released for AsiaPac.

Yeah, I was surprised myself when I hit the check for update button.  I live in Georgia, it that makes a difference.  Maybe since AT&T is based in Dallas, they're just partial to southerners? ;-) Rolling it coast to coast?

I'm near Jacksonville , FL. No update here. When I check for updates my A2 is stuck on the "Cheching for available update. Please wait ..." screen forever!!! It's been this way for a couple weeks. Maybe the at&t server got fed up with my phone constantly checking? Strange thing is my Wife's A2 does the same thing. Any one have any ideas as to why this happens?

I was getting update not available but I called home with #34568# #35468# in the dialer. Eliot of course. Now I get I'm up to date. No update here in NY.

I just tried that USSD Code and received "! Network Message" "Not Available" - is that normal?
