Atrix HD Calendar Partial Sync

2012-08-05, 20:37 PM

Why would I not get some of the recurring appointments on my Calendar synced to my Atrix HD?

Are they all on the same calendar account, or multiple?

Single Calendar via Exchange corporate email. Functioned properly on previous Atrix through Friday before going to HD. I have opened and re-saved the ones that were not showing up, and now they are loading. The only thing I can think of is that these recurring meetings have been on my Calendar for a long time, more than one month. I don't really knwo though....

It's possible there is a time limit on the sync and won't sync those beyond a certain date. Keep us posted if the issue continues.

Can you give more detail about the event. Are the incidents of the event in the past or the future from today and how far into the future or past?

Hi Mark! These events are weekly recurring meetings. They would be on my Calendar for this week and/or next week. They were added to my Calendar more than a month ago.

You say some of the reoccuring events are not showing on your phone.

Can you tell us more about the ones that are showing vs the ones that are not.

How often are the events repeating for the ones that appear?
How often are the events repeating for the ones that don't appear?

Are the ones that appear from another Microsoft Exchange calendar(your own company or another) or Google or Lotus or other?
What calendar client is the event created in for the ones that don't appear?

How many people are included in the invites that appear?

How long have the events been occuring that do appear?

How many calendars do you have syncing to your device?
Are the events that don't appear created by you or another person?
If created by someone else have you accepted them?

Is this calendar your default calendar(Menu > Calendar > Menu > Settings > General Settings)?

In this same menu do you hide declined events?

Mark,

I have figured out the work around by re-saving the recurring events that were not showing up. I am interested in helping to make the product better. However, I could not easily answer the questions above. Thanks for the interest.
