I just did that...it said I was already registered. I think I did that last night. Is there somewhere else I need to register it than on this website?

Yup, you're registered. Thanks We'll have someone look at your IMEI as well.

Hi Motorola friends I have encounter the same behavior on my girlfriend’s phone, I have already tried the “Wipe data / factory reset" and wipe cache many times and it would still get stuck at the AT&T logo, I will appreciate if anyone can please PM the fix.
Thank you in advance!

I am having the same problem. I didn't download any apps and have never modified my phone in any way. Some of the apps started getting glitchy so I restarted the phone and it froze at the at&t logo. I tried wiping cache and doing a factory reset from doing hard reset to no luck. I have everything backed up, but I really don't want to get a new phone. I've been using an old motorola bravo in the meantime to get by (It is so slow compared to LTE phones)

Do you know what your IMEI is for your ATRIX HD? Can you register it on your account so we can take a look?

I added my IMEI to my profile. I got the phone to work again. I ended up doing what the original poster did. Works better than before. Good luck to everyone else.

Managed to fix the problem by using software called “[Reference removed]” and flashing the stock firmware Blur_Version.98.5.38.MB886.ATT.en.US
Now the phone boots everytime!
Hope it works for you as well

It would seem appropriate for someone from Motorola to at least comment that they are looking at the issue and provide some helpful information if at all possible.
