It could be that AT&T doesn't agree with something that Moto put in or didn't put in to their ICS update version??

Who knows at this point, something should be posted to the up date list on Oct 1 since Moto has said it will update the list monthly.  So we shall see in a weeks time.

At this point, I don't know whether or not AT&T is to blame.  I suspect that, in some small regard, they might be.  If  this delay didn't involve multiple devices on all three carriers and WiFi only devices, I might be willing to chalk it up to AT&T pulling the same thing they did with RIM in regard to the their app that would link BlackBerry handsets to their PlayBook at the time.  But I don't think that the same thing is at play here.  I'm more willing to say that it is incompetence on the part of Motorola.

At all of their big press events, they didn't say one word about upgrades to current devices that they promised upgrades to and they could have.  The fact that Punit Soni took to Google+ to attempt to assuage consumers is telling.  Especially since Motorola won't come right out and issue a press release concerning the matter.
