With it being released in Latin America and Mexico and time tables for other countries is pretty ridiculously to not get any info for USA.

Make sure you sign up here for $100 if your phone does not get updated, I'm saying it wont but there is no reason not to sign up here just encase.

Here are the terms for it as well.

1 Applies to United States sales of Android Motorola smart phones first offered in 2011 or later.

2 Official program details will be found at this site at a future date. $100 provided in the form of a Gift Card, carrier credit or other cash equivalent at Motorola's sole discretion.

Now with this, maybe there are just going to go for JB instead????

Why would I want to give more of my money to MotoFail? I guarantee that I will not be within my upgrade period on any of my phones before this offer expires.

The whole timing of the release is suspect. Do it on the weekend let the fallout happen then so people aren't as upset on Monday when business is open.

I just don't understand how the while world gets ICS... the ATRIX HD has ICS that is almost completely void of blur. I don't need blur. Ill take a stock ICS upgrade.

I'd be content if Moto paid for me an upgrade to the ATRIX HD.

As of now, it states "buy a select android phone" all they have released is Verizon phones and have nothing for AT&T

Re: ICS in Q3 no longer

My Atrix 2 was bought in the U.S., unlocked, and I am using in Brazil with a brazilian carrier. However it's still showing version 55.13.25.MB865.ATT.en.US . I guess when ICS comes out in the U.S I'll be able to update my phone from here.

Here's the thing, I am optimist. So, I strongly believe motorola will launch JB instead of ICS. Which would be awesome!

If neither, by the end of the year, I am changing phone for sure! It's unacceptable not to have ICS when the crapiests phones in the market have at least ICS installed.

Moto, come on! Don't make me go to Jaguarúna, SP - Brazil (where you are based and close to me) and throw this phone in your backyard!

I am going nuts with my freaking wifi issue!! Damn it!!
