When requesting an unlock code I get "Your device does not qualify for bootloader unlocking". This phone is not tied to any carrier. AT&T has already helped me carrier unlock the phone so that it can be used with any carrier service I choose. I would very much like to unlock the bootloader now if at all possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
My data string is:

Your phone is SIM unlocked so you can use any SIM card. The AT&T phones are not bootloader unlocked so you will not be able to get an unlock code from Motorola. You can use the phone as-is on any compatible carrier.

IS THAT HOW YOU GOT YOUR STRING
THEN YOU ENTER MOTOROLA TO GET THE PASSWORD TO UNLOCK BOOTLOADER
HAS SOMETHING WITH BEING IN COMMAND PROMPT TYPING ADB OEM UNLOCK AND THEN SECRECT NUMBER FROM MOTOROLA
THEN YOU DEVICE"S BOOTLOADER WILL BE UNLOCKED>
MY PROBLEM IS I DID IT AND WAS TRYING TO CHANGE IT BACK AND DOING OTHER THINGS AND NOW I ERASED THE OS ON IT AND IT CAN"T BOOT IT JUST BOOTS OVER AND OVER> I NEED A WAY TO LOAD AN OS LIKE ANDROID FROM THE COMPUTER TO THE PHONE ON USB DEVICE

Eskid go to
read it all about unlocking your bootloader
until you get down to the bottom of the page where there is a blue box with next on it click it
then enter your string to see if you can unlock and i never have not been able to so check all your numbers
follow the rest of the question and you should be able to unlock the bootloader
just be careful you don"t want to brick you phone like i have and hope that i can fix it i didn"t know it was possible to delete android and all or any os on the phone to were there is none and it just keeps booting over and over again
