Re: Mic input sound level

Hi Craio,

If you are unable to post body text, Please click this link and post about your experience on the thread provided. Thanks!

To post here: Some users find it helpful to add an attachment to the answer. It will post the message but with the message body empty.

Once the blank message with attachment is posted, you can edit the message, add the message body and then if you wish, delete the attachment.

Hope that helps.

Regarding your question, do people still understand you when you are on the phone with them? It might be that the mouth piece needs to be looked at by a repair centre.

You can give your local support hotline a call as well, they will be happy to help: http://bit.ly/ZgWzlo

Cheers,

Nicole

Re: Mic input sound level

People that called me said:

- it sounds like you are far away

- it sounds like you're in a confined space like a toilet (i was sitting at my desk)

So people do understand me, just not that easily.
