Jelly Bean for Electrify

2012-09-05, 19:49 PM

So with this statement "At today's keynote, Motorola head Dennis Woodside has pledged that the company will attempt to upgrade all of its new and existing Android handsets to Jelly Bean "very soon." made today does this mean that Motorola is going to bypass ICS for the Electrify and got righ to Jelly Bean?

I don't think you will receive an "official" answer to your question here....just a lot of personal interpretations Smile

I agree with eaccents. Any official notice will be on Motorola's updates site.

Yeah I figure there they will come up with some excuse that the E1 does not qualify for the JB update. Heck I would be happy for them to just get the Promised ICS out for the E1.

My Xoom WiFi only tablet @ 4.1.1 right now, continues to get fairly frequent updates, so there is still hope for newer devices like the Electrify to continue with updates also.

E1 owners dont hold your breath.  With the E2 on the shelf I seriously doubt it.
