Loaded opera. Opened m.youtube. clicked on a video and my mobile youtube app loaded or so it looked like. Proceeded to load the video but all i saw was a spinning saw blade
This has to be a phone/ flash issue.

@ReMarkable

Delays from the "spinning saw blade" as you said, is slow download speed (WiFi or 3G signal strength) or not being signed into youtube. Have you tryed entering the Youtube Desktop (bottom left corner lower of the youtube page) so things function smoother?

 If you will read up the thread you will see that I have and am signed into youtube.  The "spinning blade" is because it is trying to load and can not.  It is not a WiFi or 3G issue or why can I view them in the app???

Yes it works when I switch it to desktop but what is the point?? You have to scroll around the page whereas that is the whole purpose of the "mobile site"

This is a motorola electrify flaw.  It might would work if we would get the ICS upgrade, but being the Electrify 2 is out, we wont.  Electrify owners are stuck with a redheaded stepchild from Motorola until we replace it.

I have not been able duplicate your issue on my Electify. However, after I shut my phone Off, then what your explained happens until I sign into my account on youtube.com, then both my browser access to youtube videos and the youtube app both work without any issues. Your youtube app may be corrupted. Try fully un-installing the app, then install it again.

Purhapes shutting Off your phone,wait a minute, then turn it back on may resolve some of the issue if something got corrupted.

I agree that your phone may have issues and your phone and/or apps may contribute to this.

I agree with on the that your phone and/or apps may contribute to this.

 I've done power off on before several times. I've never had any issues with the app only m.youtube in the browser(s).  However I did uninstall the updates (youtube authenicator and app I does not give me the option to uninstall).  After all this still will not play any videos in any browser.  I am signed in to google, youtube, with matching sign in ID's and passwords.  Cleaned cache, data from all involved.

This issue is a dead horse.  There is nothing else that can be done other than closing browser and trying to find the same video in the youtube app.

Here is what I see when going to youtube through the stock browser on my Motorola Electrify.

Videos play great, is properly synced with my Google account. I took a day for the account to stay synced.

I did a Clear All... the Cookies and Passwords and a Clear Cache from my stock browser Settings a few days ago. Not sure how that effected things with youtube on the browser.
