Electrify: PROBLEMS DOWNLOADING APPS

I have had problems downloading apps from the market. i start to download an app and after it starts, it stops and i get a caution sign in my tool bar. It happened before and I took my phone in and had them look at and see what they find, so they reset my phone and it worked, but i dont want to have to reset my phone everytime. i shouldnt have to do that. is anyone else having problems with this?

Welcome to the Motorola Owners Forum

Have you changed any of the Battery and Data Manager settings?

  • Data Saver, if checked, any Market apps "Automatically queues downloads until you are connected to a Wi-Fi network"
This is one of the possible variables from Settings changes causing your type issue.

Lets us know what Settings you may have changed, thanks.

Does the new issue happen with either WiFi or 3G, or both?

@mbeck

Are you referring to use on the stock browser?

I think so, it's the browser that came on the phone.

@mbeck

Maybe try this and see if it makes any difference?

  • Go to menu>>>settings>>>applications>>>manage applications>>>all tab, find "browser" and select it
  • press clear data

hit the back button until you are back on the home screen

try your browser and see if there is any change
