I have motorola xt720 and could not update motonav because motoextras does not see my phone. What I should do? I try to make an update in portal and tool mode and in storage mode but nothing happens. I can`t ever login to motoextras because of it. How I can solve this problem? My brain is shuting down.

According to the site you need to verify some things...
Is your phone supported? What computer OS? Have you created an account on the site? I know this is simple stuff, but we need to start at the beginning to figure out what your problem is.
Can you login on the website with the same account?

Thank you for reply. yes I suppose that my phone is supported - it is from milestone family. My OS is Win7 32-bit. Account is also created and working fine - I have bought an update for my maps a few month ago but could not download it.

Milestone A853 and Milestone XT720 aren't the same thing.
Are you using Motorola original USB cable?
Does the phone connect in Mass storage mode?
