HDMI

Hello all

On a Milestone XT720 I cannot get my HDMI connection to work. Tried rebooting phone and TV, all I get is a message on the the TV screen "no input". Any suggestions? does this need an app for it to work? Thanks

Re: HDMI

As far as I am aware, and have been able to confirm through testing, the HDMI on the MILESTONE XT720 only works in the Gallery to view pictures as a slideshow or videos saved to the microSD card.

There was rumors about a year or so back that said an app allowed for full HDMI video and audio control but I was never able to find and/or test it.

Re: HDMI

During playback, you  need to enable share to HDMI via menu key.

Re: HDMI

It's not listed under the share menu, sorry.

During video playback, press the menu key and select display on tv.  It will prompt you to accept or ignore incoming calls, and then come up with a remote control view, allowing video playback.
