Unable to process the request

I'm getting this on the website "Unable to process the request", on about 80% of my workouts I cannot see details!!!! also on the few  ones that load I cannot see the route, this only happens  from my PC and any other PC i have tried  and with any browser IE, Firefox, Chrome,....  BTW it all works fine from my Droid Razr phone

I have this same problem. The website often doesn't work properly. Would be interested in the response to this.

I reported this issue on Sunday https://forums.motorola.com/posts/7eeb5919c2 and I have not heard anything from moto on this. I have reported a couple of issues recently and all have fallen on deaf ears with moto. I am starting to think that they just don't care about their current customers anymore.

Same thing for me.  I've got the 8GB model.  I can open my most current workout and things from early May.  Nothing from June or the rest of July will open.  Error message is exactly the same as what is shown above.

I just bought mine and am having the same issue after the first run!! Very dissappointed... Let me know if you guys hear anything.

Same thing is happening to me. The funny thing is that the Android app can actually show the workout but the website can't. This is incredibly frustrating as I like to actually use something to it's fullest capacity, shocking I know. I tried in two different browsers, no add-ons, yadda yadda and still nothing.

Motoactv? Why are you ignoring this issue? Yell


What actions have been taken to address this issue, radio silence is not the answer, communicate something even if it is to say "we are investigating" and we have or have not made progress.


What additional information do you need from us the user that would help you to a root cause.


My device only seems to have this issue when i use wifi, i have not seen this when using usb. does this help what else do you want to know.


This issue is a show stopper for me and would like some response.

Same problem here. Got my 8GB unit yesterday. First workout comes up fine. Second workout is "unable to process request" on the Motoactv web site.


I can, however, view the workout on my Android phone with the Motoactv app. Since this app syncs with the web site I find this rather strange...


 


On hole with Motorola now in the hopes of resolving this issue.

I thought I could see the most current workout, but it turns out that I can only see Sunday's workout...cannot see Tuesday's.  Very random which workouts I can see the details on...definitely something less than 10% of them.  I can see details fine on the watch itself but nothing on the website via any browers that I have or device (laptop, desktop, and ipad...firefox, IE, safari, chrome).  Spoke to Motorola support this morning...they said they are "starting" to get enough complaints that they are thinking it is the website and not the devices...duh.  If you are having this issue, please take the time to call it in and complain (it does take some time to get through the 'Level 1' person to somebody who actually deals with Motoactv).  I really don't think they give a crap about this forum anymore.

Out of curiosity is anyone that is having issues finding it related to specific things? For example the two workouts that open fine were just plain workouts with not added devices. The two workouts I had issues with had two Ant+ devices for heart rate and cadence. I can view these fine on the phone so I know the data is there.
